House: disclosures-clerk.house.gov PTR PDFs parsed for transaction-level data (tickers, amounts, buy/sell). 60,000+ total transactions. Both chambers linked to congress_members via bioguide_id. Dates are as filed. A small number of older House PTR rows (scanned-PDF era, ~2014–2016) carry logically inconsistent dates — e.g., a disclosure date earlier than the transaction date — likely from filer error or scan-text artifacts; these are preserved as filed pending review. Transaction dates that are impossibly far in the future are blanked rather than guessed. Rows that parse with neither an amount nor a transaction type are excluded as PDF-parse artifacts (wrapped description fragments, not trades).
