Title II: Greens Creek Subsurface Exchange - Amends the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act to grant to the Sealaska Corporation the subsurface estate in the Greens Creek lands. Directs the Sealaska Corporation to convey certain specified lands to the United States in exchange for the grant of such subsurface estate.
