E9-30627 Stakeholder Input; Stormwater Management Including Discharges From New Development and Redevelopment Notice The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing its plans to initiate national rulemaking to establish a comprehensive program to reduce stormwater discharges from new development and redevelopment and make other regulatory improvements to strengthen its stormwater program. The purpose of this notice is to request input from the public to help EPA shape such a comprehensive program and to announce EPA's intent to hold several public "listening sessions" in January 2010.
