On January 14, 2009, Plaintiffs filed a complaint alleging that EPA failed to meet its obligations under sections 111(b)(1)(B), 112(d)(6) and 112(f)(2) of the Clean Air Act ("CAA") to take actions relative to the review/revision of the New Source Performance Standards and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants with respect to the Oil and Natural Gas production source category.
