No. 68584-82-7); when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. Keller and Heckman LLP, 1001 G St., NW, Suit, 500 Washington, DC 20001 as U.S. agent for Eka Chemicals AB, 455 80 Bobus, Sweden submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
