The five national emission standards and nine source categories include: National Emissions Standards for Group I Polymers and Resins (Epichlorohydrin Elastomers Production, Hypalon<SUP>TM</SUP> Production, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber Production, Polybutadiene Rubber Production, and Styrene Butadiene Rubber and Latex Production); National Emission Standards for Marine Vessel Loading Operations; National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Mineral Wool Production; National Emission Standards for Pharmaceuticals Production; and National Emission Standards for the Printing and Publishing Industry. The underlying national emission standards that are under review in this action limit and control hazardous air pollutants.
