E7-5022 Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Large Municipal Waste Combustors Rule On May 10, 2006, EPA published a final rule entitled, "Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Large Municipal Waste Combustors." Following that final action, the Administrator received a petition for reconsideration.
