E7-21690 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Connecticut; Interstate Transport of Pollution Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (CTDEP). CTDEP has adequately addressed the four distinct elements related to the impact of interstate transport of air pollutants. The intended effect of this action is to propose approval of this revision to the Connecticut SIP. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act. 2007-11-05 2007 11 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2007/11/05/E7-21690/approval-and-promulgation-of-air-quality-implementation-plans-connecticut-interstate-transport-of https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2007-11-05/pdf/E7-21690.pdf Environmental Protection Agency 145 EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (CTDEP).
