E6-21866 Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Fisheries Rule NMFS has determined that the daily Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) retention limits for the Atlantic tunas General category should be adjusted to provide reasonable opportunity to harvest the General category January time-period subquota.
