E6-20908 Revocation of TSCA Section 4 Testing Requirements for Coke-Oven Light Oil (Coal) Rule EPA is amending the test rule entitled Testing of Certain High Production Volume Chemicals promulgated under section 4 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This amendment removes coke-oven light oil (coal) (CAS No. 65996-78-3) from the list of chemicals subject to the test rule. EPA is basing its decision on information it received after publication of the test rule.
