The Construction Permit Exemptions rule lists specific construction or modification projects that are not required to obtain permits under the Construction Permits Required rule. Revisions to this rule include updating the insignificance levels, adding a new exemption for manufacturing operations (which produce insignificant emissions), clarifying the grain handling facilities exemption, and restructuring of the record keeping portion of the rule.
