E6-18167 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District Rule EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on February 1, 2006 and concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from organic liquid storage and transfer facilities.
