Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce a 90-day finding for a petition to list the Sacramento Mountains checkerspot butterfly (Euphydryas anicia cloudcrofti) as an endangered species and designate critical habitat pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).
