99-33391 Wireless Radio Services; Compatibility With Enhanced 911 Emergency Calling Systems Rule In this document the Commission decides various issues raised in petitions for reconsideration and clarification of the wireless Enhanced 911 (E911) rules that request the removal of ambiguities in the rules and the adoption of modifications to enhance Phase I implementation. Resolution of these issues should address delays in implementation of Phase I service. The Commission also resolves such issues in order to ensure implementation of Phase II and avoid potential delays in the provision of vital Phase II services.
