99-33378 Loan Guarantee Decisions; Availability of Environmental Information Rule In accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality's regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (``NEPA''), the Emergency Steel Guarantee Loan Board (``Board'') is adopting NEPA procedures. Environmental data or documentation concerning the use of the proceeds of any loan guaranteed under this Program must be provided by the Lender to the Board to assist the Board in meeting its legal responsibilities under NEPA. The purpose of these procedures is to ensure that environmental information is available to the Board as it makes decisions concerning applications for loan guarantees.
