99-33367 Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program: Life Insurance Improvements Rule The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing interim regulations to implement the Federal Employees Life Insurance Improvement Act, which was enacted October 30, 1998. This law made numerous changes to the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program.
