| 99-29251 | Denali Commission Work Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2001 | Notice | The Denali Commission was established by The Denali Commission Act of 1998 to deliver the services of Federal Government in the most cost-effective manner practicable to communities throughout rural Alaska, many of which suffer from unemployment rates in excess of 50%. Its purposes include, but are not limited to, providing necessary rural utilities and other infrastructure that promote health, safety and economic self-sufficiency. The Denali Commission Act requires that the Commission develop proposed work plans for future spending. In accordance with the Act, the Commission solicited project proposals from local governments and other entities. The Act further requires that the Commission publish annual work plans in the Federal Register for a 30-day period, providing an opportunity for public review and comment. This Federal Register Notice serves to announce the 30-day opportunity for public comment on the Denali Commission Work Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2001. | 1999-11-09 | 1999 | 11 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/1999/11/09/99-29251/denali-commission-work-plan-for-federal-fiscal-year-2001 | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-1999-11-09/pdf/99-29251.pdf | Denali Commission | 113 | The Denali Commission was established by The Denali Commission Act of 1998 to deliver the services of Federal Government in the most cost-effective manner practicable to communities throughout rural Alaska, many of which suffer from unemployment rates... |
