98-34243 Adjustment of Civil Money Penalties for Inflation Proposed Rule This document proposes adjustments in the civil money penalties that may be assessed under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for repeated or willful violations of the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the FLSA, and for violations of the child labor provisions of the FLSA.
