98-33943 Releasing Information Rule The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) is issuing a final rule which sets forth the basic policies of OFHEO regarding disclosure of information it maintains and the procedures for obtaining access to such information by the public. The rule implements the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and establishes a schedule of fees, which will be charged for the processing of record requests under the FOIA.
