97-33718 High-Temperature Forced-Air Treatments for Citrus Proposed Rule We are proposing to allow the use of a process involving high- temperature forced air for treating tangerines, oranges (except navel oranges), and grapefruit from Mexico and areas of the United States that are infested with plant pests in the genus Anastrepha, which includes A. ludens, the Mexican fruit fly. This action would provide an additional option for treating these fruits.
