96-887 Food Stamp Program, Regulatory Review: Alaska, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, PR, and Demonstration Projects Proposed Rule This action proposes to amend Food Stamp Program rules affecting Alaska, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and demonstration projects. This action is a result of a comprehensive, page-by-page review, of all existing Food Stamp Program regulations which was conducted in response to the President's efforts to reform the Federal regulatory system.
