96-33268 Oranges, Grapefruit, Tangerines, and Tangelos Grown in Florida; Procedures to Limit the Volume of Small Florida Red Seedless Grapefruit Rule This final rule adds a section to the rules and regulations currently prescribed under the marketing order for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and tangelos grown in Florida. The marketing order is administered locally by the Citrus Administrative Committee (committee). This rule establishes procedures for limiting the volume of small red seedless grapefruit entering the fresh market during the first 11 weeks of each season.
