| 96-26072 | Food Stamp Program: Certification Provisions of the Mickey Leland Childhood Hunger Relief Act | Rule | This rule amends Food Stamp Program regulations to implement nine provisions of the Mickey Leland Childhood Hunger Relief Act, finalizing a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on August 30, 1994.
