96-26072 Food Stamp Program: Certification Provisions of the Mickey Leland Childhood Hunger Relief Act Rule This rule amends Food Stamp Program regulations to implement nine provisions of the Mickey Leland Childhood Hunger Relief Act, finalizing a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on August 30, 1994.
