The meeting will convene on Friday, March 31, 1995, at The Embassy Row Hotel, 2015 Massachusetts Avenue, NW., Washington, DC. The Advisory Committee is composed of a Chair, Vice Chair, and twenty-five member organizations, all appointed by the Secretary of Commerce. The Advisory Committee will consider the goals of the census and user needs for information provided by the census, and provide a perspective from the standpoint of the outside user community on how proposed designs for the year 2000 census realize those goals and satisfy those needs.
