95-31036 Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Tennessee: Revisions to Knox County Regulations for Appeals, Violations, Monitoring, Recording, and Reporting Rule EPA is approving revisions to the Knox County portion of the Tennessee State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation on June 28, 1994. This submittal included revisions to the current regulations concerning appeals, judicial review, and violations of the air pollution regulations in Knox County. This submittal also included revisions which added requirements for enhanced monitoring compliance certification and enforcement.
