95-29569 Child and Adult Care Food Program: Overclaim Authority Proposed Rule This rule proposes an amendment to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) regulations which would explicitly authorize the Department and State agencies to assess overclaims against institutions that fail to abide by CACFP recordkeeping requirements.
