94-20405 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Coast Guard DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS 38 CFR Part 21 Proposed Rule The Veterans Education and Employment Amendments of 1989 and the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1990, contain provisions which change significantly the Montgomery GI Bill--Selected Reserve.
