| 93-31812 | Dietary Supplements; Establishment of Date of Application | Rule | The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is publishing this final rule to establish July 1, 1995, as the date on which it will apply the mandatory nutrition labeling and nutrient content claims provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act) to dietary supplements of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other similar nutritional substances (hereinafter referred to as dietary supplements).
