2026-05607 Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area Rule Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP), concerning volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements for the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) Serious nonattainment area (NAA). The revisions were submitted by the State of Texas on May 12, 2020, and May 13, 2020.
