The updated State regulations incorporate by reference certain NSPS and NESHAP promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at parts 60, 61 and 63, as they existed through July 1, 2021. The EPA is providing notice that it is taking final action to approve the delegation of certain NSPS and NESHAP to LDEQ.
