2025-17710 Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Notice As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that VA is modifying the system of records titled "VHA Corporate Data Warehouses-VA" (172VA10). This system is used for clinical decision support, mobile applications presenting patient data, and statistical analysis to produce various management, workload tracking, and follow- up reports.
