2025-16360 Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units: Temporary-Use Incinerators and Air Curtain Incinerators Used in Disaster Recovery Rule The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking interim final action to provide for the temporary use of incineration units subject to commercial and industrial solid waste incinerator (CISWI) regulations during disaster recovery. The EPA is requesting comments on all aspects of this interim final rule and will consider all comments received after the conclusion of the comment period. 2025-08-26 2025 8 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2025/08/26/2025-16360/commercial-and-industrial-solid-waste-incineration-units-temporary-use-incinerators-and-air-curtain https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2025-08-26/pdf/2025-16360.pdf Environmental Protection Agency 145 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking interim final action to provide for the temporary use of incineration units subject to commercial and industrial solid waste incinerator (CISWI) regulations during disaster recovery.
