2024-29133 Brevibacillus Laterosporus Mpp75Aa1.1 and Bacillus Thuringiensis Vpb4Da2 Proteins; Exemptions From the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Brevibacillus laterosporus Mpp75Aa1.1 and Bacillus thuringiensis Vpb4Da2 proteins (hereafter Mpp75Aa1.1 and Vpb4Da2 proteins) in or on the food and feed commodities of corn: corn, field; corn, sweet, and corn, pop when used as plant-incorporated protectants (PIP) in corn. Bayer CropScience LP., submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting these exemptions.
