2023-19117 Air Plan Approval; New Hampshire; Reasonable Available Control Technology for the 2008 and 2015 Ozone Standards Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving portions of State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of New Hampshire that certify that the state has adopted regulations meeting the requirements for reasonably available control technology (RACT) for the 2008 and 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), and portions of amendments to a related regulation that New Hampshire revised to fulfill RACT requirements for these two NAAQS. We are also approving a revision to the state's definition of emergency generator.
