The four entities selected are NBCUniversal, Nexstar Broadcasting (Nexstar), CTIA-The Wireless Association (CTIA), and the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA). In addition, the Bureau adopts certain requirements regarding the Clearinghouse search committee process and the operation of the Clearinghouse.
