Before doing so, EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described in this document. This is a proposed extension of the Microbial ICR, which is currently approved through July 31, 2022; the PWSS Program ICR and the DBPCR ICR, which are both currently approved through March 31, 2023. These rules are designed to ensure that Americans receive safe drinking water and ensure fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income.
