2021-25965 Revision of Approved State Primacy Program for the State of California Notice Notice is hereby given that the State of California revised its approved State primacy program under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) by adopting statutory provisions that effectuate the federal Administrative Penalty Authority (APA). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that California's revision request meets the applicable SDWA program revision requirements and the statutes adopted by California are no less stringent than the corresponding federal regulations and that the State's request for a program revision meets applicable SDWA primacy requirements. Therefore, EPA approves this revision to California's approved state primacy program.
