2021-25716 Laboratory Accreditation for Analyses of Foods Rule The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, the Agency, or we) is amending its regulations to establish a program for the testing of food in certain circumstances by accredited laboratories, as required under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
