2021-17832 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Franklin's Bumble Bee Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are listing the Franklin's bumble bee (Bombus franklini), an invertebrate species from Douglas, Jackson, and Josephine Counties in Oregon, and Siskiyou and Trinity Counties in California, as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). This rule adds this species to the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and applies the protections of the Act to this species. We are not designating critical habitat for the Franklin's bumble bee because we determined that such a designation would not be beneficial to the species. 2021-08-24 2021 8 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/08/24/2021-17832/endangered-and-threatened-wildlife-and-plants-endangered-species-status-for-franklins-bumble-bee https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2021-08-24/pdf/2021-17832.pdf Interior Department; Fish and Wildlife Service 253,197 We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are listing the Franklin's bumble bee (Bombus franklini), an invertebrate species from Douglas, Jackson, and Josephine Counties in Oregon, and Siskiyou and Trinity Counties in California, as an...
