| 2020-28031 | Addition of Entities to the Entity List, Revision of Entry on the Entity List, and Removal of Entities From the Entity List | Rule | In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding seventy-seven entities, under a total of seventy-eight entries, to the Entity List. These seventy-seven entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. These entities will be listed on the Entity List under the destinations of the People's Republic of China (China), Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malta, Pakistan, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). This rule also revises one existing entry on the Entity list under the destination of China and one under the destination of Pakistan. Finally, this rule removes a total of four entities under the destinations of Israel and the U.A.E.
