The Tracy Hills Project Owner, LLC (THPO) has applied for an incidental take permit under the ESA for the Tracy Hills Project in San Joaquin County, California. The permit would authorize the take of three species incidental to the development, construction, and conservation area management of the project. We invite the public and local, State, Tribal, and Federal agencies to comment on the application.
