2020-19347 1-Octanamine, N, N-dimethyl-, N-oxide; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 1-octanamine, N,N-dimethyl-, N-oxide (CAS Reg. No. 2605-78-9) when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops and raw agricultural commodities after harvest, at a concentration of not more than 15% by weight in pesticide formulations. The Spring Trading Company, on behalf of Oxiteno USA, LLC, submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
