2019-26147 Air Plan Approval; Washington; Revised Public Notice Provisions and Other Miscellaneous Revisions Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the general air quality regulations submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology.
