2019-25818 Designation of Areas for Air Quality Planning Purposes; Ohio; Redesignation of the Ohio Portion of the Steubenville Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area Rule In accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is redesignating the Ohio portion of the Steubenville Ohio-West Virginia interstate sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) nonattainment area (Steubenville nonattainment area) from nonattainment to attainment. EPA is also approving Ohio's maintenance plan.
