| 2019-25815 | Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations; Consistency Update for Alaska | Proposed Rule | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update a portion of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Air Regulations. Requirements applying to OCS sources located within 25 miles of states' seaward boundaries must be updated periodically to remain consistent with the requirements of the corresponding onshore area (COA), as mandated by the Clean Air Act (CAA). The portion of the OCS air regulations that is being updated pertains to the requirements for OCS sources subject to requirements of the State of Alaska. The State of Alaska's requirements discussed in this document, and listed in the appendix to the Federal OCS air regulations, are proposed to be incorporated into the compilation of state provisions that is incorporated by reference. | 2019-12-02 | 2019 | 12 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/12/02/2019-25815/outer-continental-shelf-air-regulations-consistency-update-for-alaska | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2019-12-02/pdf/2019-25815.pdf | Environmental Protection Agency | 145 | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update a portion of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Air Regulations.
