2019-23305 Revisions to Safety Standard for Toddler Beds Rule In February 2017, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published an update to the consumer product safety standard for toddler beds. The standard incorporated by reference the applicable ASTM voluntary standard. ASTM has since published two revised versions of the voluntary standard for toddler beds.
