2019-23276 Food Labeling: Calorie Labeling of Articles of Food Sold From Certain Vending Machines; Front of Package Type Size Rule The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is issuing this final rule to revise the type size labeling requirements when front-of- pack (FOP) labeling is used to meet the calorie declaration requirements for articles of food sold from glass-front vending machines.
