Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register on July 12, 2019, during a 60-day comment period. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments. A fuller description of the proposed ICR renewal is given below, including the estimated burden and cost to respondents to meet the requirements of the SO<INF>2</INF> Data Requirements Rule.
