2019-14469 Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Notice The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of the Administrator is giving notice that it proposes to publish a system of records pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Reasonable Accommodation Management System (RAMS) will support the Agency's Reasonable Accommodation program as required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in compliance with the requirements of Executive Order 13164. The EEOC requires federal agencies to process requests by employees for reasonable accommodations that enable a person with a disability to apply for a job, perform job duties, and/or enjoy the benefits and privileges of employment.
