2019-12987 Privacy Act of 1974: System of Records Rule The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) exempts a new system of records (Continuous Evaluation System) from the requirements of the Privacy Act to the extent that information in the system is subject to the Privacy Act's exemption provisions.
